The staff are very friendly and the service is always very good. If the customers cannot find the wanted tools, the staff are glad to help the customers and find out the particular tools as fast as they can. Social distancing is also very well implemented. Although now there is a pandemic and the customers are not recommended to get into the store to find goods yet, the customers can ask the staff at the counter to help to get the wanted goods then pay immediately.
