The reason this shop was opened in the current location was due to some underlying issues during their prior business, and so the owner took the liberty of buying a new shop in the current location, giving the owner a new place to start a business while also solving the issue he faced while renting the shop in the previous location. The reason the shop owner decided to start a stationary establishment was because he had some experience in the book industry at school, giving him some insight as to what the students would want. So, he expanded his business into incorporating stationary into their business. The owner of the store opened his store in said location was because it was close to the old store’s location. This allows the owner to continue their business without losing their regular old customers. The main product they are selling stationery products that is available. The product ranges from drawing pencils, sketchbooks and writing supplies. The store doesn’t have top selling products as the products they are very mainstream. They don’t have a marketing strategy as the store is in a neighborhood so it revolves around a community.
